FREE Shipping with curb-side delivery
In order to provide you with the easiest and quickest buying experience we provide FREE shipping and handling with curb-side delivery on all orders within the contiguous 48 states of the USA (island deliveries and very remote zip codes have extra fees). This eliminates your concern of "what is my total cost" and provides you with the lowest overall price available. If you desire to have your furniture delivered inside your home and unpacked then please contact us for this optional white glove in-home delivery service. This optional inside delivery adds an additional 2 weeks to the normal delivery time. Either way the freight-carrier/delivery-service will call you 24 hours before the delivery to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Receiving Instructions

  • It is the manufacturer's responsibility to safely provide the furniture without damage or missing items to the freight-carrier/delivery-service.
  • It is the freight-carrier/delivery-service responsibility to deliver the furniture without damage or missing items.
  • It is your responsibility to fully inspect the furniture upon arrival for any damage or missing items. Please detain the driver until this is completed.
  • You will be required to sign the driver's delivery receipt, indicating your acceptance and receipt of the furniture. If there is damage to the furniture, no matter how minor, please describe the damage to the box and to the furniture, in detail, on the driver's delivery receipt prior to signing your acceptance. Obtain your copy of the delivery receipt from the driver. If this is not done then the manufacturer and delivery service are no longer liable for any damage. Please retain the original box and packing materials for inspection or return.
  • Take pictures of the damage, provide us with those pictures and a copy of the driver's delivery receipt that describes the damage. Upon receipt of this information we will have the damaged item professionally repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
  • If items are missing please describe those missing items on the driver's delivery receipt. Obtain your copy of the delivery receipt from the driver. If this is not done then the manufacturer and delivery service are no longer liable for missing items.
  • Provide us with a copy of the driver's delivery receipt that describes the missing items. Upon receipt of this information we will have the missing items sent to you as quickly as possible.
  • It is a rarity when shipping damage occurs and the above instructions provide you an easy recourse if it does occur.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. You may return your purchase (unless it is specified as a non-cancellable non-returnable item) for any reason within 5 days of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping costs and our manufacturers 15% restocking fee. Our products are offered with free shipping/delivery, please be aware that if you return one of these products the actual original outbound shipping/delivery costs to you will be deducted from your return refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Please click here to CONTACT US or call 800-603-7133 to obtain a Return Material Authorization number and a return address.
  • Wrap the package very carefully. All returned furniture must be in their original condition with original materials, box and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
  • Obtain a freight carrier and ship the product pre-paid including insurance, to the return address you are provided. Ensure the Return Material Authorization number is visible on the box near the label. It is important to retain the shipment tracking number and to insure the shipment incase there is a problem during transit. Collect On Delivery shipments can not be accepted.
  • Either call or Email the shipment tracking number to us so that we may track the return.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase less the original shipping/delivery amount and manufacturers restocking fee.
